Books That Have Impacted Me Lately

I think one of the greatest gifts of my sobriety is the time and energy I have to challenge myself and my worldview through books and discourse. After burn out from college, I was able to rediscover my love for reading thanks to Libby in 2022. Nothing beats an audiobook and a nice walk. I have learned so much about myself and encountered so much healing and insight thanks to these books. These books have sparked meaningful conversations with those around me and many are recommendations that I have collected from the people that matter most to me. Compiling this list made me realize how many books I have been reading and how deeply impacted I have been by the voices of those around me. This list includes nonfiction, autobiographies, high school reading, and all sorts of fictional books, in no particular order.
My favorite CD this week is none other than the Tarzan soundtrack. Would love if you commented book or album recommendations, or if you want to chat about any of these books :) Thanks for reading friends!
